Committees
Finance Committee and Investment Subcommittee
The Finance
Committee consists of seven members of the Society. The
Secretary-Treasurer of the Society serves as Chair, and the
Secretary-Treasurer-Elect, the Past Secretary-Treasurer and the
Chair of the Board of Publications Trustees are members of this
Committee. The other members are appointed by the
President, subject to approval by the Council. One of these is
the Chair of the Subcommittee on Investment. The term
of office for all appointed members of the Committee is for
three years. The Executive Officer is an ex officio
member without vote.

Investment Subcommittee
The Investment Subcommittee is
responsible for monitoring the investments of the Society and making
recommendations to the Finance Committee concerning the disposition
of those investments.
